The role
We are looking for a person with an interest in the field of human resources and an interest in developing their professional training in this area.
Mission: Participate in the Company's "Global Human Resources Management" at a national and international level.
What you'll do
- Collaborate in the development and implementation of corporate Labor Relations and Personnel Administration projects.
- Participate in the preparation of procedures.
- Study and propose solutions to legal-labor issues, interpreting and applying labor regulations.
- Collaborate in the management of the onboarding and offboarding cycle.
- Support in labor documentation; Filing, updating, and maintenance of databases at a global level.
- Prepare reports and presentations.
- Support the different teams within the Area in administrative tasks (Selection and Development, Personnel Management, Payroll, Training, etc.)
How you'll work
Expected internship start date: September 2025.
Internship end date: Will depend on the start date.
Expected duration: 6 months.
Daily working hours: 6 hours/day
Internship schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30-14:30
