What you'll do

Reporting to the Digital Transformation Director and working closely with the logistics, transportation, operations and management teams, you will be responsible for the following functions, among others:

  • Lead transformation projects related to TMS, from scope definition to implementation and stabilization.
  • Analyze and redesign IT processes for transportation and logistics, identifying opportunities for improvement and digitalization.
  • Evaluate, select and implement TMS technology solutions adapted to business needs.
  • Manage end-to-end projects: planning, milestone tracking, risk control, budget management and reporting.
  • Coordinate key stakeholders (IT, Operations, Logistics, Business and external suppliers).
  • Ensure proper integration of the TMS with other systems (ERP, WMS, planning tools, etc.).
  • Define and monitor transportation KPIs (costs, service level, operational efficiency, sustainability).
  • Drive process standardization across countries and business units.
  • This role is key to driving operational efficiency through transportation digitalization, directly contributing to cost reduction, service improvement and business sustainability.

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar.
  • +5 years of experience in digital transformation project management, preferably in logistics/transportation or supply chain environments.
  • C1 written and spoken English.
  • Demonstrable experience in implementing or evolving TMS tools.
  • Experience in digitalization and process transformation projects.

Nice to have

  • Experience in management positions in consulting firms or in the Logistics and Transportation sector.
  • Basic knowledge of ERP systems (SAP).
