What you'll do

  • Develop installation and/or training activities for Strator clients according to the defined intervention schedule and in constant communication with your sales manager.
  • Identify training needs and customer retention actions in your area, proactively defining the strategy with your sales manager.
  • In coordination with the JJVV and the team of consultants in your area, support and promote the necessary actions to boost business development.
  • Actively participate in the training follow-up plan for new clients and recurring clients to ensure their loyalty and high satisfaction.
  • Identify sales opportunities for peripheral equipment and services in your geographic area as a result of your technical interventions.
  • Support the Strator analysis team in detecting bugs, general incidents, and participate in UATs.
  • Promote and optimize the use of Strator Software by your portfolio of clients, so that all the added value of the platform is perceived.
  • In your retention role, you will be the remote or "on-site" telephone pivot for any technical incident and may refer or support SD or Admin if necessary.
  • Maintain an adequate and up-to-date level of technical knowledge of Strator software and the catalog of products and services.
  • Promptly report the actions taken in the corporate systems, providing key information and collaborating with the development of your team's activities.

What we're looking for
