Requirements
What we're looking for
What will make you succeed? (Skills, know-how and experience)
Higher vocational training or a university degree in Business Administration or a related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in administrative roles performing similar duties.
Hands-on experience using Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical skills and keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong command of English: as an international company, you will work daily with colleagues and suppliers across different countries

This could be your opportunity! At Lookiero Outfittery Group, we're looking for a Buying Assistant to join our Buying Team 🚀
What you'll do
Raising and issuing purchase orders based on an established budget.
Registering, confirming, and tracking purchase orders in our internal systems.
Direct and continuous communication with suppliers to manage and follow up on orders, ensuring full information traceability and adherence to delivery dates (handling amendments, cancellations, delays, etc.).
Monitoring goods receipt and identifying discrepancies (quantities, pricing, etc.).
Assisting with issue resolution in coordination with other departments (warehouse, invoicing, etc.).
Supporting the procurement team with commercial product management.
Preparing templates and reviewing purchase orders prior to dispatch, incorporating any required adjustments.
Logging qualitative order data.
