Requirements

What we're looking for

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

Higher Technician degree (Module): Telecommunications and Computer Systems
Having worked with a ticketing tool (Zendesk, Jira, etc.)
Having worked directly in customer service
3G, 4G, and 5G Core network
Knowledge of Wireshark (trace analysis).
Experience in the telco world.

English B1 and above

The role

We are looking for a professional for the L1 Support position in the Technology & Telecoms sector, located in Madrid. The main objective will be to provide level 1 technical support in the technology area.

Core Network Support (3G, 4G, 5G) - 100% remote

What you'll do

Monitor the status of the various platforms in production.
Reception and triage of the various tickets coming from customers and from alarm systems.
Alert of performance, service, and possible network issues, once the problem has been analyzed.
Align incidents with the SLA proposal, respecting response times.
Assist in the application of any activity developed on the platform by other teams.
Maintain an adequate incident resolution pace and report any problems that arise.
Proposal of improvements in the incident resolution process, both in the procedure and in the tools used, to reduce times and improve service.
Resolution of incidents according to documented and established procedures, reducing escalation to other incident teams as much as possible.
Handling of tasks and inquiries coming from various customers.
Provide traces and other necessary information for incident resolution to the designated teams.
Production deployments.
