Reservation Technician

• You have a good command of languages: Catalan, Spanish, and English (other languages will be valued).
• You have a good command of the Office suite.
• You have communication and sales skills, capacity for persuasion, empathy, and proactivity.
• You have organizational capacity, problem-solving skills, and adaptability to change.
• Availability: Thursdays and Fridays from 18:00 to 21:00, and Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays from 12:00 to 21:00.

You will be a “top” candidate if you also:

• Have previous experience in customer service, sales and/or MKT.
• Work in a team and have high communication skills.
• Have knowledge of the gastronomic sector.

• Management of the department's general electronic mail.
• Telephone management and customer service.
• Management of the WhatsApp reservations – sales closures, restaurant inquiries.
• Management of reservations from portals / search engines.
• Management of schedules and sales closures. Focus on controlling the correct functioning of the web engine and reviewing the daily reservation log.
• Control of the sales team's information updates regarding reservations for the week.
• Analysis of weekend sales.
