Junior Technical Facility Manager

As a Technical Facility Manager in our Central Services at OCA Global, you will join a horizontal and agile structure where your voice truly matters, and you will work hand in hand with a team of excellent professionals in a dynamic environment with an entrepreneurial mindset, taking care of our own house.

In your day-to-day role, your responsibilities translate into missions with a direct impact on the company's life and the health of our real estate assets:

• Day-to-Day Operational Management: Coordinate and optimize the general services of the central offices (access and alarm management, reception, parking spaces, vending, cleaning, and security) to ensure a comfortable and high-performance environment, enabling the entire team to work under the best conditions.

• Advanced Technical Maintenance: Centralize, proactively supervise, and ensure compliance with the building's preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance program (HVAC, electrical, fire protection, etc.) alongside our strategic partners and specialists.

• Technical-Legal Control and Compliance: Supervise compliance with the regulatory requirements for the building and implement the necessary corrective measures, ensuring that all technical, legal, and administrative documentation for suppliers is always up to date.

• Economic and Procurement Management: Actively participate in preparing the building's annual budget for your area. You will manage purchasing, tenders, and supplier qualification for required materials and services, always seeking cost optimization.

• Sustainability and Energy Efficiency: Monitor, manage, and optimize the building's water and energy consumption, proposing continuous improvement actions and efficient installations (aligned with certification standards such as ISO or BREEAM).

• Colleague Relations: Develop and maintain close relationships with the different departments and employees of the company, providing agile, practical, and effective responses to their daily needs.

We are not asking for an impossible list of requirements. For us, your knowledge is the tool you will need to succeed and feel at home from day one:

• Technical Education: A degree in Engineering (Industrial, Building, or similar), Architecture, or a Technical Architect (Apparejador/a). Why? You will need a native understanding of building infrastructure, blueprints, and critical systems to coordinate, tender, and validate specialized supplier proposals with strict technical criteria.

• Experience: Previous experience in maintaining building facilities, collective offices, or real estate asset management, with familiarity in evacuation plans and emergency protocols.

• Organizational, Proactive, and Analytical Mindset: You will manage multiple services and budgets simultaneously, so your ability to prioritize tasks, negotiate with suppliers, and make quick decisions will be your greatest asset.

• Interpersonal Skills and Empathy: You will be the direct point of contact for company employees, technical suppliers, and top management, so your approachability, assertiveness, and customer-oriented mindset are essential.

• Digital DNA: Comfort with technical management software, document management tools, and data/consumption analytics.
