About the role

As a Technical Facility Manager at our headquarters in OCA Global, you will join a flat, agile structure where your voice truly matters and where you will work hand in hand with a team of excellent professionals in a dynamic, entrepreneurial-minded environment, taking care of our own house.

What you'll do

In your day-to-day work, your responsibilities translate into tasks with a direct impact on the life of the company and the health of our real estate assets:

  • Day-to-Day Operational Management: Coordinate and optimize the general services of the headquarters (access and alarm management, reception, parking spaces, vending, cleaning, and security) to guarantee a comfortable, high-performance environment, ensuring that the entire team works under the best conditions.

  • Advanced Technical Maintenance: Centralize, proactively supervise, and ensure compliance with the building's corrective, reactive, and preventive maintenance program (HVAC, electrical, fire protection, etc.) alongside our strategic partners and specialists.

  • Technical-Legal Control and Compliance: Oversee regulatory compliance for the building and implement the necessary corrective measures, ensuring that all technical, legal, and administrative documentation from vendors is always up to date.

  • Financial and Procurement Management: Actively participate in preparing the annual building budget for your area. You will manage purchases, tenders, and vendor approval processes for the required materials and services, always seeking cost optimization.

  • Sustainability and Energy Efficiency: Monitor, manage, and optimize the building's water and energy consumption, proposing continuous improvement actions and efficient installations (aligned with certification standards such as ISO or BREEAM).

  • Relationships with Colleagues: Develop and maintain close relationships with the different departments and employees of the company, providing agile, practical, and solution-oriented responses to their day-to-day needs.

What we're looking for

We are not asking for an impossible list of requirements. For us, your knowledge is the tool you will need to succeed and feel comfortable from day one:

  • Technical education: Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Construction, or similar), Architecture, or Quantity Surveying. Why? You will need a native understanding of a building's infrastructure, blueprints, and critical systems in order to coordinate, tender, and validate proposals from specialized vendors with strict technical judgment.

  • Experience: Previous experience in facilities maintenance for multi-occupancy buildings, offices, or real estate asset management, and familiarity with evacuation plans and emergency protocols.

  • Organizational, proactive, and analytical mindset: You will manage multiple services and budgets simultaneously, so your ability to prioritize tasks, negotiate with vendors, and make agile decisions will be your best ally.

  • Interpersonal skills and empathy: You will be the direct point of contact with in-house employees, technical suppliers, and top management, so your approachability, assertiveness, and focus on internal client service are essential.

  • Digital DNA: Comfort with technical management software, document management tools, and data/consumption analytics tools.

What you'll get

  • You will join a company in full international expansion, with a flat structure that enables quick, autonomous, and agile decision-making.

  • A team that backs you: You will work alongside excellent professionals in a young, dynamic, collaborative environment where knowledge is shared and effort is celebrated.

  • Stability and career growth: You will join a consolidated group that invests in the future and offers the latest technological tools for your development, with a permanent contract.

  • Well-being and real work-life balance: We strongly believe in a healthy balance. Your schedule will be Monday to Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and you will enjoy a compressed workday (8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.) every Friday of the year, on all days before holidays, and throughout July and August. In addition, December 24 and 31 are completely off so you can enjoy them with your family.

  • Benefits packages such as flexible compensation, access to a benefits platform for leisure, fashion, travel, and career growth... And with ongoing training at our OCA Campus.
