The role

I am looking for a Labor Law Advisor profile for a consultancy located in the surrounding areas of Calpe.

Reside in Calpe or surrounding areas
Minimum of two years of experience as a labor law advisor

What you'll do

Prepare and manage employment contracts, payroll, and social security.
Advise clients on matters of labor law and current regulations.
Process registrations, terminations, and modifications of workers in the Social Security system.
Perform calculations for settlements and indemnities.
Manage labor inspections and requests from the Administration.
Resolve client inquiries and doubts related to labor management.
Update and maintain the employee and client database.
Prepare reports and statements related to labor management.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

Degree in Labor Relations, Law, or similar.
Minimum of two years of experience in labor advisory for companies.
Solid knowledge of labor legislation and Social Security in Spain.
Advanced proficiency in IT tools related to labor management.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Communication skills to advise clients clearly and effectively.
