About the role

From Nortempo Selección we are looking for a Workshop Manager for a well-established industrial company, specialized in the design, manufacturing, assembly, and maintenance of industrial machinery, located in Pontevedra city.

The selected person will be responsible for the organization and supervision of the workshop, coordinating the technical team and ensuring the proper development of production, compliance with deadlines, work quality, and safety regulations.

What you'll do

  • Daily organization and planning of workshop work.

  • Coordination and supervision of the production team (mechanics, milling machine operators, assemblers, electromechanical technicians).
