Talent Consultant (H/M/X) Barcelona AS2026 Are you passionate about people management in dynamic environments? At Manpower, we continue to grow and are looking for an On-Site HR Consultant to lead talent management in a new logistics operation located in Hospitalet. Your functions: Operational management of workers at the client site (clock-in control, delivery of PPE, incidents, access). Direct interlocution with the client and management of their daily needs. Personnel administration: contracts, registrations, terminations, and labor monitoring. Recruitment: posting offers, screening, and interviewing logistics/industrial profiles. Onboarding of new hires. Resolving worker inquiries (payroll, shifts, etc.). Reporting and service monitoring. Requirements: Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. Previous experience in human resources consulting or in similar roles in industrial or production environments. Deep knowledge of Spanish labor regulations and payroll management. Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a team. Customer orientation and conflict resolution skills. Organizational and time management skills in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in IT tools and human resources management systems. Conditions: Permanent contract (6-month probationary period) Full-time, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00 h 100% on-site position in Guadalajara It is essential to have your own vehicle.
