The role
At Capitole we are looking for a Talent Manager to join our People team in Barcelona.
What you'll do
Management of the team working within the client:
Group and individual follow-up meetings.
Annual evaluations and reviews.
Management of training, development and professional career paths.
Contract signings, final settlements, onboardings and offboardings.
Oversight of working hours, sick leave, holidays, expenses, etc.
Resolving incidents, queries, managing work permits, etc.
Requirements
Generalist profile.
Experience in people management in similar roles.
Strong communication skills, empathy and customer focus.
Good organisational and time management skills.
Good level of English and Spanish.
