What you'll do

As a Talent Consultant, you will be responsible for managing selection processes for different industries, identifying the most qualified candidates, and adapting strategies to the specific needs of our clients. Additionally, you will be the point of contact between candidates and companies, advising them and providing a unique experience throughout the entire selection process.

Among your responsibilities will be:

Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates.
Efficiently manage the entire selection process: from profile definition to integration into the company.
Conduct candidate interviews and evaluations, applying various selection techniques and tools.
Propose personalized talent solutions aligned with the strategic objectives of clients.
Stay up to date with trends and news in the field of talent management.
Proactivity in presenting candidates to prospect clients.
