SELECTION TECHNICIAN (M/F/X) Selection and HR Technician (Lleida) At Manpower, we are selecting a Selection and HR Technician to join a leading company in the security sector located in Lleida on a permanent basis. If you are passionate about talent selection, have experience in recruitment processes, and want to be part of a consolidated Human Resources team, this is an excellent professional opportunity. Main functions Comprehensive management of selection processes. Posting job offers and CV screening. Conducting telephone and face-to-face interviews. Coordination with department managers. Follow-up of candidates and onboardings. Support in other Human Resources tasks when necessary (personnel administration, training, support for internal projects, etc.). Requirements Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in personnel selection. Training related to Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology, or similar. Medium-high level of office tools. Capacity for organization, communication, and teamwork. Valid B driving license (essential). Availability to make occasional trips to workplaces in Barcelona, Reus, or Zaragoza for selection processes. What do we offer? Permanent contract. Joining a team of 4 Human Resources professionals. Full-time 40-hour work week. Workplace located in the Polígon Industrial del Segre (Lleida). Rotating schedule: One week from 8:00 h to 16:00 h (30 minutes for lunch).
