💼 Selection and HR Management Technician | Employment ETT

Do you have experience in recruitment and are you motivated to join an agile, dynamic company specialized in hospitality talent?

At Empleabilidad ETT, we are looking for an HR professional to join our internal team and help us keep connecting companies with people who make a difference.

What you'll do

Posting job offers and managing employment portals.
Resume screening, phone interviews, and in-person interviews.
Coordination and follow-up of recruitment processes.
Document management: contracts, payroll, registrations and terminations with Social Security (RED System).
Communication with clients and workers.
Administrative support in labor matters and occupational risk prevention (use of DELTA system).
