As a Selection Technician at Eurofirms Selection, you will be able to help people find employment, accompany them in their professional development, and be part of a team that works with purpose.

What will your purpose be?
• You will be the bridge between talent and real employment opportunities.
• You will accompany people on their professional journey and help companies find their future collaborators.
What you'll do
• Manage end-to-end selection processes for our clients.
• Post job offers on portals and on our website.
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews (in person and/or via videoconference).
• Administer psychometric and/or competency-based tests.
• Register information in ERP and CRM.
• Present candidates to the client with a detailed assessment.
• Maintain weekly feedback with the client company.
• Manage the invoicing of the processes.
• Other tasks inherent to the position.
How you'll work
• Schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 h to 18:00 h.
