IT Technician

IT TECHNICIAN (M/F/X) IT TECHNICIAN (M/F/X) Are you passionate about technology and do you enjoy helping users resolve technical issues? We are looking for an IT Technician to join a dynamic environment, providing support to users and collaborating on the maintenance and improvement of the IT infrastructure. Main functions: Resolution of incidents and user support both in person and remotely. Installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer equipment. Management of users, permissions, and access. Support in Microsoft 365 environments and Windows systems. Configuration and support of printers, VPN, and corporate tools. Registration, tracking, and closure of incidents using ticketing tools. Management of computer equipment inventory. Preparation and updating of technical documentation. Requirements: Vocational Training (Intermediate or Higher level) in IT, Microcomputing Systems, or similar. Previous experience in technical user support. Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networks, and hardware. Ability to resolve incidents and user orientation. Experience with ITSM tools, Citrix, and ITIL is valued.
