*Register and manage devices through Microsoft Intune, following established procedures.
*Install, configure, and provide technical support for corporate applications.
*Resolve incidents related to access, credentials, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and corporate accounts.
*Manage the creation, modification, and deactivation of user accounts, as well as groups, permissions, and licenses in Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365, in accordance with established procedures and authorizations.
*Provide technical support for Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
*Install and troubleshoot incidents related to printers, peripherals, and other devices used by employees.
*Maintain an up-to-date inventory of computer equipment and track technological assets.
*Document incidents, procedures, and common solutions to facilitate the resolution of recurring problems.
