Post-Sales Teleoperator - El Prat de Llobregat - WEEKENDS (M/F/X)

At Manpower we are selecting Post-Sales Teleoperators to join a well-known company located in El Prat de Llobregat.

If you have experience in customer service, enjoy helping people and resolving incidents, we want to meet you!

You will be part of the post-sales customer service team, continuously managing customer calls to respond to and follow up on various incidents and inquiries related to products and services.

• Reception and management of customer calls.
• Resolution of post-sales incidents.
• Follow-up and updating of cases.
• Management and registration of information in the system.
• Customer service offering a close and quality experience.

During the first few weeks, you will undergo in-person training from:

🕙 Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM

• Saturdays and Sundays: remote work (telework), 8 hours daily.
• Mondays: 4 hours in the office.
• Possibility of joining a stable project with a good work environment.

💰 Salary: 10.06 € gross/hour

📍 Work center: El Prat de Llobregat

• Previous experience in telephone or in-person customer service.
• Experience in retail environments is highly valued.
• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage a high volume of calls.
• Organized, resolute, and empathetic person.

Teleoperador/a Postventa - El Prat de Llobregat - FIN DE SEMANA (H/M/X)

En Manpower estamos seleccionando Teleoperadores/as de Postventa para incorporarse a una reconocida empresa ubicada en El Prat de Llobregat.

Si tienes experiencia en atención al cliente, te gusta ayudar a las personas y resolver incidencias, ¡queremos conocerte!

Formarás parte del equipo de atención postventa, gestionando de forma continua llamadas de clientes para dar respuesta y seguimiento a diferentes incidencias y consultas relacionadas con productos y servicios.

• Recepción y gestión de llamadas de clientes.
• Resolución de incidencias postventa.
• Seguimiento y actualización de casos.
• Gestión y registro de información en el sistema.
• Atención al cliente ofreciendo una experiencia cercana y de calidad.

Durante las primeras semanas realizarás una formación presencial de:

🕙 Lunes a viernes de 10:00 h a 14:00 h

• Sábados y domingos: trabajo en remoto (teletrabajo), 8 horas diarias.
• Lunes: 4 horas presenciales en oficina.
• Posibilidad de formar parte de un proyecto estable y con buen ambiente de trabajo.

💰 Salario: 10,06 € brutos/hora

📍 Centro de trabajo: El Prat de Llobregat

• Experiencia previa en atención al cliente telefónica o presencial.
• Muy valorable experiencia en entornos retail.
• Buenas habilidades comunicativas y orientación al cliente.
• Capacidad para gestionar un elevado volumen de llamadas.
• Persona organizada, resolutiva y con empatía.
