The role

At Métrica Consulting, we are looking for a Lead Solution/Application Architect with extensive experience in distributed architectures, microservices, and cloud environments to join a strategic technological transformation project within the financial sector.

The selected person will be responsible for the complete technical delivery of the solution, leading the implementation of a previously defined architecture and actively participating in technical decision-making, API design, software quality, systems integration, and platform evolution.

We are looking for a highly technical and hands-on profile, capable of combining architectural vision with active participation in the development and implementation of high-criticality enterprise solutions.

What you'll do

Lead the end-to-end technical implementation of the solution.
Define and guarantee compliance with architectural and development standards.
Design and supervise architectures based on microservices and REST APIs.
Participate in technical decisions related to scalability, resilience, and performance.
Lead synchronous and asynchronous integrations in distributed environments.
Design API contracts and API-First strategies.
Implement event-based solutions using Kafka.
Collaborate with development, architecture, and business teams.
Guarantee technical quality through DevOps and testing practices.
Participate in initiatives related to applied AI and intelligent automation.
