What we're looking for

-Previous experience in an administrative, back office, customer service, logistics, or similar position.

-Good command of English, both oral and written, to communicate with different interlocutors.

-Good level of office skills and ease in working with data and managing information.

-Organized, resourceful person with the capacity to manage and monitor various tasks simultaneously.

-Initiative, drive, and a proactive attitude, with an interest in understanding processes and proposing improvements.

-Motivation to be part of a stable project with a desire for long-term development.

Nice to have

-A good command of Excel will be especially valued.

-Knowledge of other languages, especially French or Italian, will be positively valued.

The role

At Marlex Professionals, we collaborate with a leading company in the leather sector, with a long history and international presence, specializing in the treatment and commercialization of leathers for different industrial sectors.

For their center located in Les Masies de Voltregà, we are selecting a Management and Coordination Back Office professional to join a stable project with future prospects.

We are looking for a person with drive, initiative, and an orientation toward improvement, who enjoys working with data and has an interest in participating in the optimization of internal processes. The position will have a transversal role, facilitating coordination between different departments and providing support for the management and monitoring of operational activity.

What you'll do

-Monitoring orders and coordination with the different internal and external departments of the industrial group.

-Coordination and communication between the corporate department and the logistics area.

-Management, updating, and monitoring of data to guarantee the quality and reliability of information.

-Use of office tools for the management, processing, and analysis of information.

-Analysis of current processes and identification of possible areas for improvement.

-Active participation in initiatives for the improvement and optimization of internal processes.

-Support in other administrative tasks linked to the company's activity.
