The role
What you'll do
- Supervising the physical execution of the works in coordination with the Technical Management team.
- Ensuring that the works comply with the project, current regulations, and company quality standards.
- Carrying out periodic site visits and issuing progress reports.
- Preparing and monitoring the construction budget.
- Validating certifications, measurements, and cost deviations.
- Controlling costs, optimizing resources, and identifying potential overruns.
- Planning the construction progress together with contractors and project managers.
- Ensuring compliance with the established schedule.
- Identifying risks of delay and proposing corrective measures.
- Coordinating the different parties involved: construction companies, subcontractors, technicians, and suppliers.
- Acting as the liaison between the owner and the site.
- Attending follow-up meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
- Verifying compliance with the defined quality standards.
- Supervising the correct execution of construction details.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations (H&S).
- Reviewing and validating technical site documentation.
- Managing licenses, permits, and all required legal documentation.
- Preparing technical and financial reports for management.
- Participating in the handover of the completed works.
- Supervising the resolution of snags and defects.
- Coordinating the final delivery to the client or the operations team.
