At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a benchmark company located in Osona in the search for a Commercial Director of Large Animals.

What will your mission be?

What you'll do

Manage the relationship with suppliers, ensuring the follow-up of commercial agreements, budgets, rebates, and sell in and sell out actions.
Drive commercial actions with strategic clients and distributors to boost business growth.
Define, implement, and ensure compliance with the company's pricing policy.
Coordinate the follow-up of the business unit's strategic objectives together with the Sales Heads of Large Animals and Small Animals.
Lead the Customer Service Department, guaranteeing the achievement of its objectives and service quality.
Direct, develop, and motivate the commercial team, fostering their growth and commitment.
Prepare, control, and optimize sales, expense, and margin budgets.
Analyze commercial results, evaluate the evolution of global and product family objectives, and drive action plans when necessary.
Supervise compliance with contracting objectives and propose continuous improvement actions.
Promote the marketing of sustainable and environmentally friendly products, aligned with the company's values.

What do we need from you?

Experience in commercial management.
Training in veterinary medicine or similar is highly valued.
Organizational, leadership, and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of commercial tasks, supplier management, and business strategy.
Experience in team management.
Good level of Catalan and Spanish.
