The role

At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a leading multinational company in multi-brand automotive equipment and maintenance, which is looking to hire a Center Director for one of its establishments located in Zaragoza.

What you'll do

Lead the comprehensive management of the center, coordinating the workshop and shop areas to guarantee an excellent customer experience and achieve the established strategic, commercial, and operational objectives.

Guarantee an excellent customer experience, fostering close and professional service.
Lead and coordinate the center's team—workshop and shop—to achieve strategic and operational objectives.
Analyze and manage the P&L, ensuring compliance with sales, profitability, expense, and investment KPIs.
Optimize stock management, procurement, and commercial campaigns.
Participate in the selection, training, coaching, and development of the center's human team.
Ensure correct operational planning: schedules, clock-ins, vacations, and internal communication.
Guarantee compliance with Occupational Risk Prevention regulations.
