The role

We are looking for a Residential Building Manager in the construction sector to manage residential building projects in Zaragoza.

What you'll do

Plan and supervise residential building works, ensuring their correct execution.
Coordinate and manage work teams throughout the different phases of the project.
Control compliance with established deadlines, costs, and quality.
Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
Supervise and manage the material and human resources necessary for each project.
Establish relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the supply of materials and services.
Prepare monitoring and progress reports for the works.
Identify and resolve possible incidents during the development of the projects.
