The role

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead this company through its next growth phase. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling technology-driven organizations, securing investment, and navigating the complexities of global markets.

What you'll do

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy, aligning with the company's mission and market opportunities.

Global Expansion: Drive the internationalization of the company's offerings, establishing partnerships and entering new markets.

Fundraising: Lead capital-raising efforts, including Series A and subsequent rounds, engaging with venture capitalists and impact investors.

Team Building: Cultivate a high-performing leadership team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and purpose.

Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison with investors, partners, and key stakeholders, articulating the company's vision and progress.

Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and alignment with strategic objectives.

Ethikos is a Spanish organizational transformation and HR consulting firm that has been operating since 2015.
