We are looking for a Manager with in-depth knowledge of the industrial sector, a strong focus on business development, and a clear ability to lead teams.

What you'll do

Management and Direction

Lead the activity of the area, ensuring proper coordination between teams.
Represent the company before strategic clients in the industrial environment.

Business Development

Drive the commercial strategy, strengthening client acquisition in the industry.
Support the commercial manager and take on part of the business activity when necessary.

Operations and Implementation

Maintenance, industrial engineering, energy engineering, etc.
Ensure the technical quality of projects together with area managers.
Foster a sense of belonging and connection among employees with the group, promoting solid integration into the corporate culture.
Understand and supervise activities related to industrial engineering.

Organizational Drive

Manage the adoption of new processes.
