1. Operations and Implementation

• Maintenance, industrial engineering, energy engineering, etc.
• Ensure the technical quality of projects together with area managers.
• Foster a sense of belonging and connection among employees with the group, promoting solid integration into the corporate culture.
• Understand and supervise activities related to industrial engineering.

• Manage the adoption of new processes.

• Degree in Engineering (Industrial preferred).
• 10 years of experience, ideally in Industrial Engineering.
• Experience working with industrial clients and commercial experience with them.

• Entender y supervisar actividades ligadas a ingeniería industrial.

• Formación en Ingeniería (Industrial preferentemente).
• 10 años de experiencia idealmente en Ingeniería Industrial.
• Haber trabajado con clientes industriales y experiencia comercial con los mismos.
• Gestión de equipos y responsabilidad directa sobre resultados.
• Conocimiento profundo del tejido industrial.
• Enfoque fuerte en desarrollo de negocio.
