Building Production Manager - Technical Studies

• University degree in Technical Architecture, Building Engineering, Engineering, or equivalent qualifications.
• Previous experience in production, coordination, or monitoring of building works.

At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with an established company in the construction, public works, mining, and industrial sectors, in the search for a Building Production Manager with evolution towards the Studies area in Madrid.

Participate in the planning, coordination, and monitoring of building works, contributing to the fulfillment of cost, deadline, quality, and safety objectives. The position contemplates a progressive evolution towards the Studies area, participating in the technical and economic analysis of new projects and in the preparation of offers.

• Review projects and interpret plans, measurements, and technical documentation to organize the works to be executed.
• Participate in the planning of the site, anticipating the needs for personnel, materials, machinery, and auxiliary means.
• Coordinate and supervise the work of the teams and subcontracting companies.
• Perform the monitoring of production, measurements, and the performance of the various work areas.
• Collaborate in the economic control of the site, analyzing costs and detecting possible deviations.
• Participate in the request for offers, preparation of comparisons, and coordination of suppliers and subcontractors.
• Propose execution alternatives that allow for the optimization of resources and the improvement of technical and economic results.
• Collaborate in the preparation of monthly closings and in the preparation of certifications.
• Supervise compliance with quality measures and the Health and Safety Plan, in coordination with the corresponding managers.
• Progressively incorporate tasks from the Studies area: analysis of projects and specifications, review of measurements, preparation of budgets, and preparation of technical and economic offers.
