The role

Construction company with a solid track record in civil works and building construction is looking to hire a Production Manager for various types of projects in the province of Barcelona. Opportunity for professional development in a company recognized for its level of professionalism and growth.

What you'll do

Support the Site Manager in the daily planning and execution of works.
Control the correct execution of works according to the project, established deadlines, budget, and quality standards.
Supervise subcontractors and in-house teams in coordination with the Site Manager.
Support cost control, measurements, and certifications.
Support the planning of works, definition of performance, and optimization of resources.
Ensure compliance with occupational risk prevention regulations and safety on site.
Report work progress, deviations, and needs to the Site Manager and the Production Management.
Collaborate in resolving technical and construction incidents during execution.
