At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a leading company in the construction sector to search for a Civil Engineering & Building Production Manager for the Girona area.

What you'll do

-Plan, coordinate and supervise the production and execution of civil works, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs and quality.

-Manage human, technical and material resources efficiently throughout all phases of the project.

-Control the performance and productivity of teams, subcontractors and machinery.

-Supervise the quality of the work and ensure compliance with safety regulations and EHS.

-Coordinate with contractors, specialists and suppliers, as well as with the site manager and the technical management team.

-Prepare and update production monitoring reports, daily reports and technical documentation.

-Propose improvements and solutions to optimize processes and ensure final project delivery within the agreed time, cost and quality.
