Requirements

What we're looking for

· University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Cybersecurity, or an equivalent qualification.

· Specialized complementary training in cybersecurity, information security, or risk management.

· Demonstrable senior experience in defensive cybersecurity (Blue Team) and security operations in corporate environments.

· Experience in identity and access management, device protection, email, and network security.

· Experience in vulnerability management, incident response, and coordination with specialized services.

· Knowledge of EDR and SIEM tools and security monitoring systems.

· Experience with Microsoft 365 Security, Microsoft Defender, and cloud environments.

· Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems, network infrastructures, segmentation, and access control.

· Knowledge of vulnerability management, hardening, monitoring, and security of web applications and APIs.

· Knowledge of infrastructure, systems, and communications.

· Functional English for working with international teams and providers.

Nice to have

· Experience in organizations with multiple sites and industrial infrastructures will be especially valued.

· Knowledge of security analysis in WordPress environments, programming oriented toward code review, and penetration testing will be valued.

· Experience in the implementation of artificial intelligence solutions in corporate environments and in the validation of secure data use will be valued.

At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a consolidated and growing business group in the search for a Senior Cybersecurity Manager to join their team in Lleida.

What you'll do

· Define, develop, and maintain the cybersecurity master plan, identifying technological risks and proposing preventive and corrective measures.

· Establish security policies, procedures, and standards aligned with the organization's needs.

· Manage the protection of identities, access, devices, servers, email, and corporate services.

· Coordinate network segmentation and vulnerability management, supervising the security measures implemented in Microsoft 365 and cloud platforms.

· Supervise security alerts and coordinate specialized external services.

· Lead the response to cybersecurity incidents, coordinating the necessary actions to minimize their impact and driving continuous improvement actions.

· Perform security reviews of corporate application code and coordinate security testing, technical analysis, and penetration testing on web applications and APIs.

· Collaborate with development teams in correcting vulnerabilities and verify their resolution before production deployment.

· Work jointly with infrastructure, development, and systems teams to define priorities and coordinate security projects.

· Manage relationships with specialized cybersecurity providers and participate in follow-up meetings, risk analysis, and the definition of action plans.

· Drive a security culture within the organization, promoting best practices and contributing to the protection of the company's digital assets.
