DIGI is adding an HRBP specialized in Call Centers to the HR department.

Reporting to the Head Of Talent Management, your mission will consist of acting as the main interlocutor and Business Partner for the business area to which you are assigned, guaranteeing the correct application of HR policies and procedures.

What you'll do

Interlocution with internal clients:
Support, attention, and management of the internal client, aligning the needs of the business area with HR strategy, policies, and procedures.
Consultancy and support in legal-labor and people management matters
Labor Management:
Analysis and resolution of problems specific to People Management. Supervision and control of the measures adopted until the definitive resolution of each case.
Guaranteeing the uniformity of criteria within their area of influence.
Management and resolution of labor issues for the people belonging to their business area.
Interlocution and teamwork with the legal and labor areas
