Technical Studies Technician (Construction Sector)

At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with an important construction company located in the Girona area that is currently looking to hire a Technical Studies Technician for their design and project budgeting team.

• Preparing renders and visual conceptualization of architectural and industrial projects.
• Estimating and calculating the approximate budget and economic feasibility of each turnkey project.
• Providing support to the commercial team on the technical aspects of the project.
• Assessing project requirements to offer the best construction solutions.

• Permanent, direct hire with the company for a solid and growing project.

• Flexible schedule from Monday to Thursday, 8-9 a.m. start and 5-6 p.m. end. Fridays with a continuous schedule from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

• University degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial).
• Experience or knowledge in 3D modeling tools, rendering...
• You are a person with strong communication skills for client interaction and the ability to work collaboratively with the commercial team.
• You have at least 2 years of experience performing this type of task.

Des de Paul Marlex, estem col·laborant amb una important empresa del sector de la construcció ubicada a rodalies de Girona que actualment, cerca incorporar un/a Tècnic/a d'Estudis per al seu equip de disseny i pressupostació de projectes.

• Elaborar els renders i la conceptualització visual dels projectes arquitectònics i industrials.
• Estimar i calcular el pressupost aproximat i la viabilitat econòmica de cada projecte clau en mà.
• Donar suport al comercial en la part tècnica del projecte.
• Avaluar els requeriments del projecte per oferir les millors solucions constructives.

• Incorporació estable i directa per empresa en un projecte sòlid i en ple creixement.
• Oportunitat de formar part d'un equip tècnic altament professionalitzat amb projectes de gran envergadura.

• Horari flexible de dilluns a dijous de 8-9h i sortida de 17-18h. Els divendres horari intensiu de 8-14h.

• Aportes formació universitària en Enginyeria (preferiblement Industrial)
• Tens experiència o coneixements en eines de modelat 3D, renderització...
• Ets una persona amb habilitats comunicatives per al tracte amb el client i capacitat per treballar de forma coordinada amb l'equip comercial.
• Tens mínim 2 anys d'experiència realitzant aquest tipus de tasques.
