The role

What you'll do

The position is located in the City area, which specializes in urban infrastructure maintenance, such as public thoroughfare upkeep, facilities, and green spaces, as well as the installation and operation of technology for buildings.

What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

Be part of a technical team focused on public tenders.
Analyze participation terms (administrative and technical specifications or projects), identifying opportunities and proposing creative solutions to stand out in the evaluation criteria.
Collaborate hand in hand with other departments, ensuring we have all the necessary resources to present solid and competitive proposals.
Make site visits to the area where the work will be carried out to better assess options and define the project's construction process.
Draft technical reports, develop construction schedules, organizational charts, and all necessary technical documentation to take our bids to the next level.
Contact suppliers and installers to prepare a detailed economic study, based on the initial budget.
Follow up on the tenders you participate in until their resolution.

Requirements

Studies in Civil Engineering, Public Works Engineering, Building Engineering, Architecture, Technical Architecture, or similar.

More than 5 years of experience as a technical studies specialist.

Flexible hours, Monday to Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Intensive schedule in summer.
