The role
What you'll do
- Prepare and calculate monthly payroll (base salary, supplements, overtime, bonuses, commissions, etc.)
- Apply IRPF withholdings and Social Security contributions
- Calculate settlements, indemnities, and final payments
- Registrations, terminations, and changes for workers in the RED system
- Preparation and submission of social security filings (TC1, TC2 or its current equivalent in the RED System)
- Management of medical leave reports, workplace accidents, and temporary disability
- Calculation and submission of forms related to IRPF (form 111, 190)
- Issuance of withholding certificates for workers
- Preparation and registration of employment contracts
- Control of expiration dates, extensions, and renewals
- Management of annexes and contractual modifications
- Stay up to date with changes in collective agreements, labor regulations, and tax laws
- Ensure compliance with current labor legislation (Workers' Statute, sector agreements)
- Liaison with Social Security, SEPE, Labor Inspection, and collaborating mutual insurance companies
