Requirements

What we're looking for

Education: Civil Engineering, Public Works, Building, Technical Architecture, or Higher Vocational Training in a related field.
Experience: at least 3 years in quality control or assurance in construction or civil works.
Knowledge: ISO 9001, Structural Code, site quality control regulations, and advanced Excel.
Profile: methodical, analytical person, with attention to detail, good communication, and adaptation to demanding site environments.

Nice to have

Experience in Data Centers, industrial works, or large projects.
Intermediate-high English. It is almost essential for the client.
Driving license B.

The role

At Paul Marlex, we are looking for several Civil Works Quality Technicians to join an important Data Center construction project located in the Huesca area. We are looking for rigorous professionals focused on technical excellence, for a long-term project (approximately 5 years).

What you'll do

Quality Plan and ITP: develop, implement, and monitor the Quality Assurance Plan and the Inspection Test Plans (ITP) for civil works.
Site inspection: periodic visits to verify earthworks, foundations for buildings and heavy equipment (generators, transformers), large concrete slabs, underground conduits, and landscaping, detecting and correcting deviations.
Material control and testing: reception of materials (CE marking, technical data sheets) and coordination of laboratory testing for concrete, steel, and compaction.
Non-conformities and continuous improvement: record and analyze deviations, propose corrective actions, and follow up until closure, also with subcontractors.
Document control: keep quality records up to date and prepare documentation for the client and the final project dossier.
Audits: participate in internal and external audits.
