What we're looking for

Person with experience in logistics administrative management, order tracking, and transport coordination within the field of product exports. We are looking for an organized, proactive person with communication skills to guarantee the correct flow of daily operations, as well as a good command of English.

Previous experience in administrative positions within the export area, sales, logistics, or transport.
Fluent command of English.
Regular use of IT tools and management ERP.
Organisational skills and attention to detail.
Experience in order tracking and incident management.
Communication skills and experience dealing with customers, suppliers, and carriers.
Proactive person, capable of problem-solving and working under established deadlines.

The role

At Marlex People, we are looking for you! We collaborate with a major company in the logistics sector that needs to hire an Export Sales Administrator in Pamplona. If you are looking for stability, professional development, and a new challenge, this is your opportunity!

What you'll do

. Quotation of offers in collaboration with the Export Director and Area Manager.

· Order management from reception, administrative processing in ERP, contracting transport, logistics coordination, and delivery tracking.

· Preparation of export documentation and support for customs processes.

· After-sales service. Handling of claims or incidents.

· Administrative support to the export area.

How you'll work

Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 13:30 and from 15:00 to 17:30.

Friday from 09:00 to 15:00.

CONTRACT

6 months via ETT + permanent contract
