Comprehensive management of international orders: Processing, registration, and tracking of foreign customer orders from their receipt in the system until final delivery at destination.
Logistics and customs coordination: Planning and supervision of international shipments, guaranteeing compliance with applicable customs regulations, control of delivery times, the appropriate application of Incoterms, and stock availability.
Preparation and filing of export documentation: Issuance and control of all documentation linked to each shipment (commercial invoices, proforma invoices, packing lists, CMR consignment notes, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and customs procedures).
Foreign customer service and incident management: Agile channeling and resolution of inquiries, claims, or incidents in different languages, maintaining fluid contact with international customers and freight forwarders. 6 Interdepartmental coordination: Constant liaison with the production, warehouse/shipping, sales, and accounting departments to align priorities and ensure compliance with delivery deadlines and conditions.
