We are looking for an administrator to join the Italy Import team, providing support in document management and shipment tracking.
What you'll do
Main duties:
Management and preparation of shipment documentation.
Document management related to shipments.
Tracking of deliveries.
Control of sales and costs of shipments.
Filing and control of documentation.
General support to the Italy Import team.
How you'll work
Schedule: from 08:30 to 13:30 h and from 15:00 to 18:00 h.
Initial 3-month contract, with real possibility of permanent employment with the company.
