What you'll do

Main duties

Telephone assistance to customers and professionals in the automotive sector.
Reception and management of calls to resolve inquiries regarding spare parts and products.
Identification of customer needs and telephone advisory.
Consultation of references, availability, and characteristics of spare parts.
Management of telephone orders, follow-up, and verification of their correct processing.
Resolution of incidents related to orders, deliveries, and returns.
Referral of inquiries to the corresponding department when necessary.
Data entry and updates in the computer system.
Customer service with professional, agile treatment oriented towards customer satisfaction.
