What we're looking for

Experience in Call Centers, sales, or cross-selling services is valued.
Castilian, Catalan, Basque, or Galician spoken bilingually (any of these 4 languages)
Results-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
Good computer skills and agility.
Availability to work from Monday to Sunday.
A degree in areas related to finance or business is valued.

At Grupo Crit, we are looking for Customer Service Managers with OFFICIAL LANGUAGES OF SPAIN for a major banking company.

We are selecting people with excellent Customer Service skills and experience in banking companies, who are able to detect cross-selling opportunities

What you'll do

Handling inbound calls from customers in the banking sector.
Provide clear and concise information about financial products and services.
Resolve issues and inquiries effectively and professionally.
Identify cross-selling opportunities while providing exceptional service.
Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

How you'll work

Contract through a temporary employment agency for 3 months + extensions.
Training provided by the company.
Different types of shifts and working days available.
Work 5 days a week from Monday to Sunday, with 2 weekends off per month.
Salary 9.71€ gross, according to the Call Center agreement + language and night shift bonuses (if applicable)
