- We are looking for an administrative assistant
What you'll do
- Provide support to the Management department.
- Telephone attention
- Checking of invoices and delivery notes
- Incident tracking.
- Document management.
- Maintenance of the Database.
How you'll work
- Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 9am to 6pm and Friday from 8am to 3pm
