Requirements

Person with initiative, organization, responsibility, and a desire to learn.
Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
Fluent Catalan and Spanish and a good level of English for the professional environment.
Proficiency with Excel and interest in working with commercial data.
Driving license.

Nice to have

We value training in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, Food Science and Technology, or similar.
We value previous experience in commercial tasks, customer service, or sales support, including internships.
We value knowledge of the food sector, especially organic food, as well as experience with CRM or ERP.
We value knowledge of other languages, such as French or German.
Preferably, residence near Moià or availability to commute there.

The role

At Marlex Professionals, we are collaborating with an organic food manufacturing company located in Moià, specialized in the production of nougat, tuiles, cookies, and other bakery and pastry products, both under its own brand and for third parties.

We are looking for a person with a commercial orientation, initiative, and a desire to learn to join the sales team and support business development, both on a national and international scale.

What you'll do

Tasks

Support the Sales Management in the management and monitoring of the current client portfolio.
Prospect and acquire new clients, including specialized shops, distributors, large retail chains, and private label clients.
Prepare commercial offers, rates, price breakdowns, and documentation for the registration of new products.
Monitor orders, sales, and possible client incidents.
Coordinate with the Production, Quality, and Logistics departments to ensure compliance with delivery deadlines and product specifications.
Participate in the planning and monitoring of seasonal commercial campaigns and private label projects.
Keep commercial data, the CRM, and sales reports updated.
Accompany on commercial visits to clients and participate in food sector trade fairs.
