You will join the Customer Value area, a strategic function responsible for turning data into actions that drive business growth.

Your mission will be to identify incremental sales opportunities by analyzing customer behavior, designing and implementing personalized CRM strategies for different segments, channels, and categories.

You will work in a highly cross-functional environment, collaborating with CRM, Ecommerce, Purchasing, Marketing, and Creative teams to define data-driven communication plans, monitor results, and continuously optimize the impact of customer initiatives.

Main duties and requirements.

What you'll do

• Analyze customer data to identify business opportunities and improve results

• Design, implement, and optimize CRM use cases focused on generating incremental sales

• Build advanced customer segmentations to maximize the effectiveness of communications

• Define and execute personalized communication plans through email, inbox, and other digital channels

• Monitor CRM results daily and track progress toward incremental sales targets

• Evaluate campaign performance using control groups and business metrics

• Detect customer behavior trends and patterns to improve acquisition and retention strategies

• Create reports and visualizations that facilitate data-driven decision-making

• Gather and understand the needs of different business areas and turn them into analytical solutions

• Provide strategic recommendations supported by data analysis

• Collaborate cross-functionally with CRM, Ecommerce, Purchasing, Marketing, and Creative teams

• Perform data extraction and programming using SQL

• Participate in defining budgets and forecasts associated with CRM initiatives

What we're looking for

• Hold a university degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related disciplines

• Bring 3 to 4 years of experience in data analysis, CRM, or similar roles

• Demonstrate proven experience in data extraction and programming with SQL

• Be able to translate analytical insights into business actions and communication plans

• Show results orientation, analytical thinking, and the ability to engage with different areas

• Demonstrate communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work in collaborative environments

Nice to have

• Prior experience in CRM, relationship marketing, loyalty, or ecommerce environments is valued
