What we're looking for
We would like you to have:
- Vocational Training or Degree in Business Administration (ADE).
- Professional experience in billing and/or administration areas with at least 2 years is valued.
- Proactivity, organizational capacity, adaptability to change, clear customer orientation, teamwork.
- Interest in working in offices located in Alcobendas.
- Knowledge of Excel.
- Experience in SAP will be valued.

Functions:
What you'll do
- Monitor pending orders to be billed, performing follow-up for their shipment, registration, and collection.
- Register invoices and send them through various channels to different recipients, along with the relevant documentation.
- Collaborate with the month-end closing, coordinating correctly with other areas.
- Issue and collect documentation annexed to the invoice, performing follow-up with the client.
