We are collaborating with a major company in the food sector that needs to hire a Receptionist in Pinto to cover a long-term leave.

What you'll do

Attending to and receiving visitors.
Management of telephone calls and email.
Control and registration of entries and exits of personnel and visitors.
Coordination and management of meeting rooms (booking, preparation, materials, etc.).
Reception, classification, and distribution of correspondence and parcels.
Support in administrative tasks of the department
Maintenance of order and the image of the reception area.
Management of office supplies and ordering of supplies.
Collaboration with other departments in general support tasks.
Customer service with professional and cordial treatment.

How you'll work

Schedule: 7:00 to 15:00, Monday to Friday.

Salary: €9.44 gross / hour.

Initial temporary contract with the possibility of continuity.

Requirements

Own vehicle to be able to reach the workplace.
