What you'll do

What will your mission in the company be?

Under the supervision of the Production Manager, your main mission will be to coordinate and supervise production teams, ensuring compliance with the schedule, quality standards, and safety regulations:

  • Shift organization: Plan and distribute team tasks, ensuring the necessary resources to meet the production schedule.
  • Production supervision: Monitor the schedule, detect deviations and issues, and communicate relevant situations to the Production Manager.
  • Team management: Coordinate and supervise shift personnel, facilitating their training and promoting a work environment based on collaboration and goal achievement.
  • Quality: Ensure compliance with Quality standards and the management of Non-Conformities.
  • Safety and occupational risk prevention: Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
  • Issue management: Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Planning, Shipping, and all other involved departments to resolve issues that may arise during the production process.
  • Monitoring and reporting: Review daily work reports and provide information on production, quality, breakdowns, and incidents.
  • Order and continuous improvement: Ensure the order and cleanliness of facilities and equipment, promoting improvement proposals in production processes.
  • Plant reference: In the absence of plant managers, act as the reference person for coordinating factory work.

  • Academic training: Intermediate Vocational Training or equivalent, preferably related to the industrial field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in positions related to production and team management.
  • Knowledge: Basic proficiency in office tools, specific production software, and management systems.
  • Availability: Availability to work rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts (3 shifts).
  • Other: A dynamic, resourceful person with the ability to act as a team reference and make decisions when daily issues arise.
