About the position:
We are looking for a Water Network Technician for a company in the water sector.
What you'll do
Main duties:
- Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on the drinking water distribution network (pipes, valves, hydrants, meters, etc.).
- Detecting, locating, and repairing leaks and faults in the network.
- Performing meter installations, removals, and replacements.
- Carrying out meter readings and inspections of installations at users' homes.
- Handling and resolving incidents and reports communicated by customers or the corresponding city council.
- Performing network operations (supply shut-offs and turn-ons, purging, disinfection, etc.).
- Providing support on network renovation and expansion works (excavations, connections, pipe installation).
