University degree in Food Science and Technology, Veterinary Medicine, Biology, Chemistry or similar degrees.
Previous experience in positions related to Quality, preferably in the food industry.
Knowledge of HACCP and Food Quality and Safety management systems.
Advanced Excel skills and ease in working with data, indicators, and monitoring tools.
Organized profile, with analytical capacity and attention to detail.
Ease in working with and coordinating information coming from different centers and areas.
Nice to have
We value knowledge of Power BI, ERP, and database management.

The role
Position: Quality and Data Analysis Technician
At Plukon, we are looking to hire a Quality and Data Analysis Technician for our Central Services team.
We are looking for a profile with experience or training in Food Quality and Safety, who also possesses a clear analytical orientation and ease in working with data, indicators, and digital tools.
What you'll do
Support in the maintenance and monitoring of the Food Quality and Safety Management System.
Monitoring of HACCP systems and applicable quality standards.
Support in the preparation and monitoring of audits.
Management and monitoring of analytical plans, laboratory results, and shelf-life studies.
Collection, consolidation, and analysis of Quality data from the different centers.
Monitoring and analysis of KPIs and Quality indicators.
Preparation and updating of reports and monitoring charts.
Management and updating of area documentation.
Collaboration with the Quality teams of the different plants for the monitoring of information and actions.
