Requirements
What we're looking for
Degree in Food Science and Technology, Veterinary Medicine, Biology, Food Engineering, or similar training.
Experience in Quality or Food Safety, preferably in the food sector.
Knowledge of HACCP and standards such as IFS Food or BRCGS.
Experience or knowledge in technical data sheets, approvals, specifications, and complaints.
Good proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
We are looking for an organized, rigorous, and customer-oriented person, with the ability to coordinate with different teams and manage multiple priorities.
Nice to have
A professional level of English and experience with B2B customers will be valued.

The role
Position: Customer Quality Technician - Industry
The selected person will be the technical Quality reference for a portfolio of industrial clients, coordinating their requirements with the Sales team and the plants.
What you'll do
Manage the quality requirements of assigned customers.
Coordinate approvals, technical data sheets, specifications, and documentation.
Manage complaints and incidents together with the plants.
Prepare and follow up on audits and customer visits.
Coordinate specification changes with the involved areas.
Analyze incidents and propose process improvements.
Keep customer records, indicators, and documentation up to date.
