Requirements

What we're looking for

Vocational Training in Electromechanics, Electronics, Electricity, Automation or similar.
At least 2 years of experience in maintenance, after-sales service, technical assistance, or similar positions.
Experience in companies within the access management and automation sector.
Experience or knowledge in electronics and mechanics.
Driving license B and availability to travel for short durations throughout Andalusia.
We are looking for a resourceful, autonomous, and proactive person, with the ability to analyze technical problems and find solutions.
Customer orientation, good communication skills, and results orientation.

Nice to have

Knowledge of electricity, automation, communications, and software will be valued.
Experience with machinery, automated equipment, access control systems, automatic doors, barriers, or parking systems is highly valued.
Training in construction (60 h), electricity (20 h or 6 h), aerial work platforms (8 h), and/or working at heights (8 h) will be valued.

At Marlex People, we are collaborating with a leading company in the development and implementation of technological solutions for intelligent access and parking management, which is looking to incorporate an Electromechanical After-Sales Technician into its team in Seville.

We are looking for a person with technical curiosity, the ability to diagnose and resolve faults, and a desire to work with equipment that combines electronics, mechanics, electricity, automation, and software.

What you'll do

As an After-Sales Technician, you will be a key piece in guaranteeing the correct functioning of the systems installed in different facilities and clients.

🔧Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of parking and access control equipment and systems.
⚙️ Perform the installation, commissioning, configuration, and adjustment of automated equipment.
🔍 Diagnose and resolve electronic, electrical, and mechanical faults, identifying the origin of the problem and applying the most suitable solution.
💻 Intervene on systems that integrate electronics, communications, software, and machinery.
🚗 Travel to client facilities to perform technical interventions and guarantee the correct functioning of the equipment.
📋 Manage assigned incidents and follow up on repairs until their resolution and closure.
📈 Detect recurring faults and propose technical improvements that contribute to optimizing the service.
🤝 Maintain close and professional communication with the client during interventions.
